Experience & Requirements Salary rate: 110-112K 8am-430pm 10K Sign on Bonus Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field required. Doctorate in Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Licensed (or license eligible with application pending) to practice psychology in the state where services are being delivered. Satisfactory background investigation report. Responsibilities Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Behavioral Health Director with YesCare at (Riverside Regional Jail) located in (Prince George, VA): Acts as point of contact for administrative staff for discussion of treatment programs and problem resolution as needed. Coordinates development and revision of policies and procedures for the identification, assessment and provision of required clinical services for inmates. Supervises the planning, development and implementation of treatment programs contracted toYesCare. Provides clinical supervision to staff of Mental Health Services. Monitors efforts of Mental Health Services to ensure clinical services are being provided in a timely, professional manner. Ensures treatment programs contracted are integrated and appropriately staffed. Provides administrative support to psychiatric staff. Assists coordinators in recruitment and selection of clinical staff. Coordinates facility mental health Quality Improvement Program. Be familiar with the TDO process and work with our local D19, other CSBs, and DBHDS Be familiar with VA court ordered restoration and competency orders Work with magistrates and watch commanders in this facility to prepare records for TDOs in timely manner Facilitate moves to proper housing throughout the jail on a daily basis to ensure safety of Mental Health inmates Collect data for monthly accountability meetings with client Be able to evaluate if new commits are fit for confinement if there is an acute Mental Health concern in booking YesCare Benefits (only applicable for full-time positions) Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Generous PTO plan 401k with matching funds Employee Discount and Rewards Program Tuition Assistance Continuing Education Reimbursement #INDT1J About YesCare Health Correctional healthcare is not just a job.
