Conduct market research to identify industry trends and stay ahead of market dynamics. Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to address evolving requirements. Develop and implement strategies for business retention and expansion. Negotiate favorable terms, manage contracts for compliance, and optimize logistics operations. Monitor financial performance and prepare improvement reports. Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance. Provide prompt and exceptional customer service to foster positive client relationships. Leverage technology for operational efficiency, tracking, and continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends through relevant training opportunities. Strive for continuous service delivery improvement to enhance overall business operations. Requirements: Proven experience in business development and logistics brokerage. Passion for the transportation and logistics industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Technologically adept with proficiency in relevant software.
