Who We Are: Our client is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that provides outpatient recovery support services for those with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We treat the whole person through our integrated programs of primary medical and behavioral healthcare.Our program philosophy is rooted in developing a healthy recovery ecosystem for those seeking long-term recovery. Through strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, helping them to understand the underlying social and emotional issues that drive their substance use, the recovery ecosystem focuses on five key areas: Health & Wellness Spirituality Employment Education/Training Family & Recovery Support What we’re looking for: Our client is currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for our Certified Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). The CCBHC Program Coordinator will support clinical oversight and supervision to ensure efficient utilization of Care Coordinators & Peer Support Specialists. Compensation: This position pays $65,000-$80,000 per year and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. This is a salaried-exempt role that is ineligible for overtime compensation. The Ideal candidate will: Oversee SAMHSA’s SPARS data collection and reporting, coordination of the Advocacy Council, and the development of community partnerships. The candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize and be patient, consistent, and flexible. The Project Coordinator will manage the process to assess, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate the CCBHC project. Compile the necessary data for reporting to the executive board, overseeing agencies, and other stakeholders. Serve as liaison between the DRP and, Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP), Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and other stakeholders and a community advisory board to develop and monitor deliverables and project benchmarks. Gather and analyze data necessary to comply with program requirements and community need. Develop comprehensive project plans and resulting metrics to track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Work with providers, clinicians, and other staff to continue implementing the CCBHC model successfully and provide ongoing evaluation for continuous improvement Qualifications: Master’s degree in guidance and counseling, psychology, or social work LMSW, LCSW or LPC License in the State of Michigan At least two years of experience working with clients in a mental health and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD) setting. 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role with significant project management and program development. Prior experience responding to regulatory agencies, advisory committees, and stakeholders. Excellent ability to lead and develop goals and evaluative metrics. Experience in working with the community. A valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver’s License and insurance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Electronic Health/Medical Records Systems is a plus!
