This position will be in South St. Louis County, Missouri at The Residences at Tesson Ridge working at a large multifamily residential community.Our incredible team members provide extraordinary hospitality. YOUR LIFE AS A LOBBY ATTENDANT This full-time position, working 1st shift between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.As a Lobby Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the common areas of Tesson Ridge and delivering first-class hospitality to our guests. Friendly and enthusiastic, you come to work eager to put your skills to good use. You keep the lobby clean, handle restocks if needed, take out the trash, make sure public bathrooms, conference rooms are clean, and keep the hallways and stairs vacuumed. You attend to the hall way railings, movie theatre and guest suites.Hospitality-driven, you deliver outstanding guest service while you're out and about! You enjoy performing deep cleaning and special projects - think mattress flipping or furniture moving. The work you do keeps our place looking great, and you feel valued and appreciated every day! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Attention to detail and high school diploma or equivalent required. One year of hotel housekeeping, professional cleaning or hospitality experience is required for this entry-level position!
