Job Description Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered in hiring for a Youth Case Manager working for our client in Denver. The Youth Case Manager is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This position has onsite work requirements. A summary of the responsibilities includes: Responsibilities: * Provides youth case management services for housing assistance * Conducts needs assessment * Connects youth to income resources and/or public benefits * Assist with landlord recruitment or mediation * Assists with other program support as needed Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work or closely related field * 1+ years of working with homeless population Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position starts at $21.00 an hourYour actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience * Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include: * Medical, Dental and Vision * Disability Insurance * Supplemental Life Insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA) * Fixed Indemnity Plans * Voluntary Benefits For immediate consideration, please apply and then call our offices directly to further discuss the opportunity.
