Georgia Bar membership is preferred.Duties:Lead and assist in finance transactions, focusing on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated, and middle-market lending transactions.Represent both lenders and borrowers in workouts, providing comprehensive legal counsel.Conduct legal research and analysis related to finance transactions.Draft and review transactional documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop and execute legal strategies.Provide legal advice and support to clients on finance-related matters.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Georgia, with Georgia Bar membership preferred.3-5 years of finance law experience, focusing on finance transactions.Strong academic record demonstrating excellence in law school coursework.Experience leading transactional documentation and closings.Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in Georgia, with Georgia Bar membership preferred.Skills:Exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills.Proficiency in finance law, with expertise in Article 9 of the UCC.Experience in syndicated lending transactions and middle-market lending transactions.Ability to lead transactional documentation and closings.Strong legal research and analysis skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients effectively.
