This position requires consistently demonstrating concern for order, quality, safety, team commitment and self-control/maturity.The role will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the Healthcare Sales Team's research, development, and project implementation efforts. Duties and Responsibilities * Job Description: * Technical Assistance - Provide technical support for the sales team for all products in the HC portfolio. This would include customer visits, as well as regular project updates with customers. Align priorities and take lead on projects with customers, CDMO's and SDS team members. Work closely with Project Managers in Hemer. * Customer Support - Regular customer meetings including providing technical leadership, while also working closely with plant engineers and machine operators. Become knowledgeable with equipment and provide assistance/recommendations as needed. * Technical Point of Contact - Serves as a technical contact point with SDS laboratory, Product Managers, sampling, and customer service on behalf of the sales team to help support and drive qualification of SDS solutions for commercial opportunities. * Product Development Support - Work closely with the Hemer plant (other plants as needed) and customers, developing strong proficiency in all products within the portfolio. * Regulatory Support - Become knowledgeable of basic FDA requirements providing support for the regulatory team as needed.Skills and Abilities * Basic knowledge of FDA regulations * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong supervisory and leadership skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. * Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Engineering or Business, required. * At least five years of related industry experience, which may include pharmaceutical packaging or medical device packaging, required. * Basic knowledge of related FDA regulations. * Strong verbal and written communication skill * Strong time management and organizational skillsLIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
