In this role you will get to support the day-to-day administration and health of a Splunk Enterprise environmentWhat You'll Be Doing:--- Provide production and infrastructure support, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, health monitoring, etc--- Support the development and build of Splunk dashboards, reports, alerts, etc--- Drive the operational implementation of monitoring capabilities, dashboards, and improvements--- Improve the Splunk deployment via curtailing the data, optimizing reporting, reviewing and tuning configurations, and enhancing search capabilities--- Create and implement configuration standards, policies, and/or procedures for improved Splunk operations and management--- Deploy new Splunk installations, refine configuration management capabilities, ensure license management is operating ideally * Participate in requirements gathering, architecting, building, and supporting operational teams * Design and implement a technical infrastructure based on functional requirements for new and existing Splunk instances What Required Skills You'll Bring:--- 8+ years in a Splunk Engineer role--- Splunk Enterprise Certified Administrator or higher ( Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect preferred) * Demonstrated experience implementing and/or integrating Splunk into an organization--- Understanding of Splunk best practices for planning, data collection and sizing a distributed deployment--- Experience with deploying, maintaining, or integrating using cybersecurity tools, including Splunk/Splunk Backend * Knowledge of security architecture design and integration * Ability to integrate cybersecurity engineering principles into infrastructure planning, design, and deployment * Ability to meet schedule, performance, and quality within the systems development life cycle (SDLC) * Clearance Level - Secret Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions teamOur Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globeOur diverse, intelligent employees drive the state of the art as they provide services and solutions in the areas of defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmentalWe promote a culture of excellence and close-knit teams that take pride in delivering, protecting, and sustaining our nation's most critical assets, from Earth to cyberspaceThroughout the company, our people are anticipating what's next to deliver the solutions our customers need nowSalary Range: $104,200.00 - $182,400.00 We value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, which is why we offer best-in-class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays to fit your busy lifestyle!
