We put you first: :Salary range for Boiler Operator : 30.32 / hour :Schedule : must be available for rotating shifts and overtime as needed :Profit sharing plan :Telemedecine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions :Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) :Annual flexible reimbursement program Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility inAshland, as the Boiler Operator : : Follow all safety rules and standard operational procedures : Monitor and inspect equipment, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks or malfunctions and to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently and safely : Observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters, and charts registering various aspects of boiler operation : Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of the powerhouse : Attend and participate in daily crew meetings Theres no one quite like youRespect your true nature by puting forward your strengths: : Boiler license is ideal for position, or 3:5 years of related boiler experience : we are willing to offer the training and certification to the ideal candidate : Manufacturing experience and powerhouse experience and consistent work history preferred : High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 3:5 years related experience required : Must show a commitment to an interdependent safety:first attitude : Consistently display positive behavior that supports the organization's goals and objectives : Must be mechanically inclined and understand mechanical principles : This job entails bending, walking, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift : Ability to work independently and in a team empowerment culture : Highly flexible with the ability to adjust to the demands of the job, produce high quality work, and can be depended on to complete assigned tasks.
