Location: NOVA Patient Care Position: MD, Primary Care/Family PhysicianNOVA Patient Care is a rapidly growing primary care patient-centric healthcare organization. We support our providers with all the admin and other ancillary admin duties leaving the physicians to focus on the patient, and not take work home. We are in Old Town, Crystal City, Pentagon City, Kingstowne, Falls Church, Hybla Valley, Woodbridge and opening our Fredericksburg clinic in late May 2024. Responsibilities: Provide primary care to a panel of patients. Monitor patient's progress and follow up. Develop treatment plan and care continuity. See patients of other clinician's panels as needed. Work collaboratively with team, including physicians, NPs, PAs, Medical Assistants, front desk, scribes and managers. Familiarity with value-based care Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to become certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine. Proficiency in evidence-based diagnosis and treatment Hold valid and active Virginia Medical license. Current DEA controlled substance license Strong communication skills, and team player Adhere to and aligned with the high quality, high value care philosophy.
