The primary focus of this role is on the collection of delinquent accounts. What we have to offer: Highly competitive pay Professional development Medical insurance (85% covered for the employee, 35% covered for dependents) 401K plan w/ match up to 5% Supplemental insurance policies are available 6 paid holidays and 2 weeks of PTO Employee discount Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, minimal weekend hours during the winter season Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Successfully pass a background check and drug screen Excellent customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Duties: Perform data entry duties as required in various software systems and databases Manage and report on special customer programs Perform accounts receivable functions accurately and in a timely manner Process new applications and interface with prospective and current customers Answer and direct all incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system Interact directly with customers daily through various channels Process customer orders and requests Multi-task and prioritize to meet service timelines
