Title: Sr. Program and Logistics Manager - USMC Assignment Location(s): Quantico (onsite 1-2 days a week)/Hybrid Estimated Contract Duration: Multi-year contract Start date: March Required clearance: Secret Education: Bachelor's Degree (Min required) Work Schedule : 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Salary: $125,000 - $145,000- w/full benefits Job Description: The Sr. Program and Logistics Manager will assist the LPO-2 Plans Section with Tailoring and Approved Acquisition Objective (AAO) integration by providing hybrid FTE support. The Contractor shall support both the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program and the War Reserve in aligning Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) AAO's and providing support to tailoring. Job Duties: Coordinate with LPO Node Manager and submit Table of Organization and Equipment Change Requests (TOECR's) for both Prepositioning and War Reserve Programs. Provide data management and data updates to Marine Corps Platform Integration Cenet (MCPIC), Global Network Applications. Conduct multiple data exports from TFSMS, MCPIC and Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC). Conduct data analysis and provide summary reports of alignment actions required. Edit, draft, and release AMHS messages, MCATS and (ETMS2) Tracker tasks as approved and required by the government. Update and manage LPO-2 Teams sites information as required by the government. Coordinate conferences, meetings, and key events for both the War Reserve and Prepositioning Programs. Provide SME expertise to and administrative support as required to help develop briefs, conduct policy reviews, and support reporting requirements. Required: 14+ years of specialized experience with Marine Corps Logistics Programs. 2+ years of experience in developing and submitting Equipment TOECR's and Prepositioning AAO maintenance in TFSMS. Ability to travel less than 10% of the time. Familiarity with GCSS-MC and ability to export data. Familiarity with USMC Catalyst and ability to export data. Expert User of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to utilize V-Look UP functions and Pivot Tables. Experience in Teams program management and file sharing. Familiarity with Fielding Plans, & SL-3.
