Job Title: Treatment Team Specialist (Part-time)Location: Hallmark YouthcareJob Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Treatment Team Specialist on a part-time basis. The Treatment Team Specialist will work closely with other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive care to individuals in need of mental health services.Responsibilities:- Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss and develop individualized treatment plans for clients- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients- Provide direct support to clients, including offering crisis intervention, counseling, and support services- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate interventions- Monitor clients' progress and update treatment plans as needed- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations- Provide education and support to clients' families and caregivers- Attend trainings and workshops to stay current on best practices in the field of mental health treatmentQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field- Previous experience working in a mental health or social services setting- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health disorders- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standardsSchedule: Part-time position, 16-24 hours weeklyTo apply for this position, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the role.
