Requirements:Admission to practice law in Virginia is required.Excellent research and writing skills.Critical thinking abilities.Effective communication skills.Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.License to practice law in Virginia. Skills:Prior litigation experience in the construction industry (3+ years).Strong understanding of construction law principles.Ability to conduct legal research and writing effectively.Effective communication skills.Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
