As the office assistant, you will own the responsibility for delivering E.P.I.C service to our clients, agents, vendors, and other members of Mission Realty. Responsibilities:• Overall office organization and maintaining office equipment and supplies• Accurate data entry in various platforms and reports• Scheduling and coordinating with multiple different calendars• Completing a variety of daily checklist items• Assist with agent onboarding and off-boarding tasks• Completing tasks for various meetings, including but not limited to running audio and visual components, etc.• Being available to answer any questions from agents and staff• On occasion, driving company vehicle to properties when needed to cover for the Field Representative• Working as part of the team to achieve goals Qualifications:• Real Estate License/Experience Preferred• Experience and proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, etc.• Exceptional eye for the details• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills• Highly motivated• An attitude of service• Thrives in a fast-paced environment• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Driver's license with good driving record Compensation: $40,000 yearly About Company: Mission Realty is an 18-year-old company that is committed to improving lives, families, and communities.
