Virginia Veterinary Centers in Richmond, VA is hiring a dedicated & enthusiastic Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our Dental & Oral Surgery Department! This position is very Anesthesia focused. You would be a good fit for this position if you have: Strong communication skills, verbal and written Organizational skills Proactive thinking and the right attitude are also a must Credentialed veterinary technician with s trong technical skills (to include placing IV catheters, venipuncture, administering premedication, anesthesia induction & monitoring, patient preparation, dental prophylactics, radiographs, etc.) Job Requirements: Veterinary Technician Licensed (required) Strong communication and client service skills Proven ability to multi-task in a busy work setting Strong sense of compassion and empathy for our patients and clients Strong anesthesia skills We are committed to the professional development of our team members and provide opportunities for advancement.
