May require additional evening and weekend work in order to meet deadlines May require additional evening and weekend work in order to meet deadlines Stay up to date on changes to payroll and tax laws, as well as any other regulations that may affect our industry and clients Here's what we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Tax background or previous tax experience preferred Ability to compare accounting data from different sources to draw conclusions Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts to clients in layman's terms Position requires intense concentration and attention to detail Must provide excellent customer service and be able to work well with clients, government agencies, providers, brokers, and accountants Strong technical skills required; preferably with Excel, XML, bookkeeping software, MasterTax, and iSolved You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths Understand, embrace and embody DP Core Values.
