ABOUT THE JOB Having financial and operational responsibilities, you have leadership of both cash flow and company operations. You have overall Human Resources responsibility for our Firm and are the heartbeat of our team. You will report directly to our CEO and directly manage the accounting and operational teams. Financial Responsibilities Oversee and manage all financial, accounting activities. Responsible for all daily accounting functions with an emphasis on Cash Flow. Cash Flow management for annual revenues of 15+MM Work closely with outside accountants to maintain proper internal controls in accordance with the Firm's policies and procedures. Oversee Payroll General ledger accounting Manage fixed assets Oversee AP/AR Oversee Billing Support the CEO with budgeting, financial planning and strategic planning. Monitor financial performance of the company and advise as opportunities arise. Communicate accurate and timely financial statements monthly and metrics to the owner/CEO. Operational Responsibilities Responsible for daily Operational decision making and direct management of the Operational Teams. Directly responsible for managing Accounting Team of 4 Management responsibilities for Front Desk employees Direct oversight of "Line" Department Overall HR policy & procedure responsibility for 80+ employees Relied upon heavily for the annual benefit renewal 401K Administrator Negotiate vendor and client contracts; monitor contract compliance Oversee the onboarding and off-boarding of employees Provide facilitation and project management support for special projects and firm imperatives DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance 3-5 years Cash Flow management experience CPA is preferred, but not required Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred, but not required At least 5 years of operational leadership experience 3-5 years experience people management Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize Strong team building skills Strong interpersonal and communications skills BENEFITS ***This is primarily an in-office roleSalary Range $100-120K based off of experienceHealthcare: health, dental, and vision401K with Company Match, Life insurance, Long-term disability, Short-term disability, Employee Assistance Program, Verizon Wireless discounts, Vacation and Holiday
