Overview: JHNA is seeking a Program Analyst to provide program management functions on Aircraft or Weapons Systems in support of NAVAIR at Pax River, MD. This role is a part of the newly awarded Software Engineering Department Support Services (SEDSS) 5-year contract. Roles/Responsibilities: Track and analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information. Monitor and report performance against plans. Support customer tag-ups, working groups and various milestone events. Interpret technical and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Develop program materials, meeting minutes and action tracking. Participate in Risk Management and CDRL management activities. Assists in planning, manning, executing and contract duties. Using scheduling tools, provide insight and oversight of program progress. Qualifications Required: Ability to obtain Secret Clearance. US Citizenship required. Bachelors in business administration, Computer Systems Administration, or Information Systems Management. At least five (5) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, performing the functional duties to be performed for this position. Of the five (5) years at least two (2) years must include experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) with roles higher than basic user. JHNA is a Digital Engineering firm focused on providing engineering and technical services primarily to DoD's Aviation communities.
