A Day in the Life of: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the coordination of staff, program documentation, and consumer involvement in day-to-day program activities. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist program supervisor as needed. Distributes client information and program schedule at the beginning of program session, ensuring proper contact and medication information is readily available to staff. Coordinates transportation needs of clients to activities. Inventories program supplies on a regular basis and replenishes as needed with the approval of the program leadership; may receive inventory data and requests from program leads or staff. In coordination with supervisor plans purposeful, age-appropriate activities for clients, using staff input and creativity; develops a schedule for client activities and assures staff and client participation in all scheduled program routines and activities. Requirements and Qualifications: High school/GED graduate with 3 years of education/experience in related field. Experience leading teams in volunteer or paid capacity preferred. Supervisory experience desired. Awareness of the needs of persons with disabilities, with the ability to apply positive behavioral support in meeting their needs. Ability to complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Must obtain Medication Administration certification. Hold a valid driver's license and have driving record meeting SOAR365 driver eligibility criteria. To apply for this position, a completed SOAR365 application is required.
