Description:
Overview: JHNA is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to provide program management functions on Aircraft or Weapons Systems in support of NAVAIR at Pax River, MD. This role is a part of the newly awarded Software Engineering Department Support Services (SEDSS) 5-year contract. Roles/Responsibilities: Track and analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information. Support customer tag-ups working groups and various milestone events. Develop program materials, meeting minutes and action tracking. Participate in Risk Management and CDRL management activities. Use scheduling tools and provide insight and oversight of program progress. Qualifications Required: Ability to obtain Secret Clearance. US Citizenship required. Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline. At least one (1) year of program analysis experience Knowledge of program analysis, principles, theories, and concepts and ability to contribute to the development of new and innovative principles and concepts .
